For jeans sizes, the first number is the waist size in inches, in this case 36 which equates to 91.4 cm. The second number is the measure of length in inches (30), converted 76.2 cm.
How do you measure yourself
Measure the circumference of your hips, waist and thighs with a measuring tape. Don't forget to measure the length of your inner legs. Did you measure everything? Consult the size chart for the correct size. The circumference of your thigh is particularly important when buying skinny-fit jeans or slim-fit jeans.
What are widths
A width measurement is your waist measurement. You can recognize the width of jeans by the first number of the size combination. So with the jeans size 36/30, 36 is the width.
What are measures of length
